gallon water container of filtered water

like. Pour out approximately 16oz
glasses to make room for the next

into quarters |
- 1/2 sliced medium
cucumber |
- 1/3 cup fresh
sliced ginger root (skin removed) |
- 2 Tablespoons
organic Turmeric |

a 16 oz. container with lid (an empty
water bottle is easiest for me) |

cups unsweetened coconut milk |
- 1/2
Teaspoon Turmeric |
- 5 Tablespoons Stevia or
natural low cal sweetener. (not sugar or
aspartame) |
- 2 Teaspoons unsweetened
Dark Cocoa |
- 1 Teaspoon of Honey -
optional |
Method: Mix all ingredients
in bottle, shake and refrigerate. Use as
needed. |

Cup of Real Pomegranate Juice |

You may also add in a
handful of chopped spinach and onion when
cooking your eggs. |
Method: Melt coconut oil in
pan. Mix and pour egg and egg whites on medium
heat. Scoot your eggs to one side of the pan and
warm your wrap. Flip wrap after 20 seconds and
scoops your eggs inside. Slide onto a plate and
add your Tapatillo or salsa to taste. Roll like
a burrito. Serving Size 1 - Total Calories
